After suffering from a sudden heart attack, even though his left artery was 75% clogged and he could not walk a block due to severe angina pain, he said “NO” to bypass surgery. He did what none of us would even think of doing. He simply relied on his natural self-prevention diet and exercise, and with it “reversed his critical diabetic heart disease in a matter of months,” and developed a method to accomplish Permanent Diabetes Control. When you look up at night, you are seeing factories called stars!

Our Sun Manufactured Our Planet Earth!

♦ Our Universe is approximately 13.8 billion years old.
The NASA's spacecraft known as Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) mission has precisely determined  the age of our Universe.

Our Universe is embedded with at least 2 trillion Galaxies. The Spiral-Shaped Milky Way Galaxy (shown below) is one of them upon which we all live.
Our Milky Way Galaxy was born about 13.6 billion years ago. Our Milky Way Galaxy has 100 billion stars on the lower end, and 400 billion stars on the upper end, totaling at least 500 billion stars. Every star represents a Solar System. That means our Milky Way Galaxy so far has at least 500 billion Solar Systems. Our Solar System is one of them.

Our Solar System (our Sun, our Earth & 7 other planets, shown below) began its formation on one of the spiral arms of our Milky Way Galaxy 6 billion years ago, and completed its formation 4.54 billion years ago.

Our Sun (which is a star) manufactured 8 orbiting planets “Mercury, Venus, our Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune” while in a spinning and swirling motion under gravity for a prolonged period of one and half billion years.
That is how stars manufacture planets like factories do. When you look up at night, you are seeing factories called "STARS!"

FORMATION OF OUR UNIVERSE: SUMMARY

♦  Our Universe is about 13.8 billion years old. The NASA's Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) mission precisely determined the age of our Universe.
 
♦  Our Universe was born 13.8 billion years ago with the Big Bang as an unbelievably and unimaginably hot and dense point of singularity, which was at infinite temperature and infinite density. When our Universe was just “10 to the power minus 34” of a second young — that is, when it was a hundredth of a billionth of a trillionth of a trillionth of a second young — it underwent an incredible burst of expansion known as inflation, in which period the space itself expanded like a magical balloon faster than the speed of light, and doubled its size at least 90 consecutive times. At that very beginning stage of formation, our Universe existed in the form of quark-gluon plasma, also called the primordial soup. No stable atoms were created yet.


♦  Nearly one second after the Big Bang, the temperature of our Universe dropped to
1 billion degrees Kelvin, and as a result, the most fundamental particles such as quarks, electrons, photons and neutrinos just formed, but not yet bound together.

♦  Nearly 3 minutes after the Big Bang, our Universe underwent a cooling process in which the quarks coalesced and bound into hadrons such as protons and neutrons. It was called hadrons era. The protons and neutrons in turn combined to form nuclei of light elements such as hydrogen and helium (no neutral atoms were created yet). This is one of the most important events of the history of the Big Bang because our visible Universe today is composed of 90% hydrogen, 8% helium, and 2% everything else.

 

♦  Nearly 380,000 years after the Big Bang, the nuclei of the light elements such as hydrogen, helium, lithium and beryllium attracted electrons, and formed neutral atoms (stable atoms formed) in a process known as "stellar nucleosynthesis". This is one of the most important events of the history of the Big Bang because our visible Universe today is composed of 90% hydrogen, 8% helium, and 2% everything else.

♦  Our Universe kept expanding unstoppably and unimaginably without boundaries, and the temperature kept dropping exponentially. Our Universe then entered into an era of dark ages for 100s of millions of years because there were no stars.

 
♦  Nearly 400 million years after the Big Bang, stars formation commenced, as clumps of gas collapsed enough under gravity while spinning and swirling took place to form the very first bright light, which became a star, thereby creating the first star, and followed by more and more stars, and eventually millions of stars along with the orbiting planets.

♦  The early stars were massive and made up of very simple and light gaseous elements (hydrogen and helium) and so they had very short lifespans of only millions of years. But the fiery inferno and nuclear fusion in the cores of these early stars slowly created all kinds of heavier elements (there are 117 heavier elements in our periodic table), including the most important Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus and Sulfur. When a large star died, it would become a part of a new star in the supernova explosion. In the beginning, these stars were created in small groups and attracted other stars. These stars were grouped in both regular and irregular shapes. Then the different shapes merged to form the first galaxies. Then as more and more galaxies formed, they became grouped in galaxy clusters, and then these clusters were contained in super clusters.

♦  Likewise, our Universe has been creating millions of stars along with orbiting planets and galaxies, and then billions of stars along with orbiting planets and galaxies, and then even trillions of stars along with orbiting planets and galaxies that are visible today!

Many of the restaurant foods are made from processed foods and refined foods. Processed foods are manufactured by adding preservatives, artificial colors and flavors including salt (sodium), MSG (monosodium glutamate), hydrogenated oils, fillers, sugars and sweeteners for a longer shelf life in the supermarkets.
Refined foods, mostly carbohydrates could trigger your food cravings, similar to the urge drug addicts experience. Carbohydrates spike blood sugar levels demanding increased insulin production from pancreas, which could in turn result in type 2 diabetes. A typical example is the white flour or all purpose white flour made from grains (mostly wheat, rice or both). The altered texture and flavor make the body crave more of it. That is why your body wants more and more processed foods and refined foods and manufactures fat in the belly.

JUNK FOODS are strategically manufactured using processed foods and refined foods, adding large quantities of sugar, salt, oil, fat and several other chemicals including artificial colors and flavors to boost our cravings, so we buy more and eat more. Junk foods sabotage our weight-loss efforts. By consuming whole foods and at the same time by eliminating processed foods and refined foods from your diet, you can very easily transform your body’s functionality within a few days, and even feel good about your health in general. You can see results within days, and feel a lot better.
 The cravings for processed foods and refined foods can be abolished by tasting whole foods in every meal you consume throughout the day. Consuming whole foods is an easy task, but avoiding processed foods and refined foods is the most difficult task for many people. If you are wise enough, you could develop a meal plan by restricting your diet to whole foods only, and you could be a winner in the weight loss plan.

Scientists from Karolinska Institute, Sweden (a research-led medical university in Solna within the Stockholm urban area of Sweden) published a paper in Dec 2009 in the British Medical Journal, concluding and revealing the scientific fact that weight loss can definitely help cure moderate sleep apnea and severe sleep apnea.

American researchers from Obesity Research and Education, Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA  published several papers in DiabetesCare, JAMA Internal Medicine (a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal published by the American Medical Association), and in other medical journals revealing the fact that there is a strong association among the conditions obesity, type 2 diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea. Many obese people with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. Several randomized studies conducted by researchers indicated that weight loss significantly lowered the Desaturation Index (number of sleep apnea events per hour) in obese people and so it is possible to reverse obstructive sleep apnea by losing weight.

This book “Reversing Sleep Apnea authored by Dr. RK” provides the very practical proof that sleep apnea can be reversed by losing weight. Dr. RK provided all the real-time data on how he successfully reversed his obstructive sleep apnea. He reported that his Desaturation Index dropped from 28 events/hr to 0.6 event/hour when he lost 40 pounds of his body weight, and when he lowered his body mass index (BMI) to perfectly normal.

You Will Go On CPAP Therapy: CPAP means “Continuous Positive Airway Pressure,” which further means that the CPAP machine pumps air into your throat, and helps maintain continuous, positive, very low and comfortable air pressure in the airway of your throat, keeps the airway open all the time, and stops snoring whenever you sleep with it.As long as you wear the CPAP machine during the night while sleeping, the CPAP machine kills most apneas and hypopneas, and keeps your AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index) perfectly normal, under 5. As the airway remains always open, sufficient amount of air passes into the lungs freely, and maintains normal blood oxygen levels (SpO2 = 96% to 99%) all the time during sleep. You wake up in the morning fully satisfied with your sleep and completely refreshed. You would not experience the symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea, such as tiredness with low energy, when you wake up in the morning. As you sleep all the night with perfectly normal SpO2 levels, your overall health improves. If you take appropriate steps to lose weight, your obstructive sleep apnea will be progressively healed and even reversed.
